If you want to return or exchange something, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to do so if:

  • A damaged, stained, faulty, or unfinished product is received.
  • The item(s) must be new and in its original packing, complete with all labels and protective labels.
  • The size of the product that was delivered did not match the size that was ordered.
  • This only applies to goods shipped within Pakistan; for international orders, please contact our customer service team, and we will do all we can to assist you.
  • Please note that, due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during the photoshoots, the precise color or texture of the finished item may differ slightly. Hence, refunds and exchanges for this specific reason will not be entertained.
  • Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

We regret that the following products are excluded from the return and exchange policy: 

  • Customized, altered, or personalized items
  • Products on sale or offered with any promotion
  • Items that have been previously exchanged

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any of the following reasons:

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE EXCHANGE?

  • To return an item, please email us at [email protected] with the reason for the return as well as order details.
  • You can also contact our customer service by calling us tr +1 361 2142371 within 3 days of delivery.
  • All Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to Storez.pk
  • Once our customer support team approves your request for return & exchanges, you will be requested to courier the parcel to the following address:
    312 SW Greenwich Dr, Lee’s Summit, MO 64082, United States.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE: 

The product you are exchanging will be valued at the current selling price to determine the exchange value. If the exchange is for greater value, you will need to pay the difference. We will not issue a store credit and we will not exchange items of lesser value.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return & exchange.

WHEN WILL MY EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?

  • We try to handle all returns within 5-7 days of receiving them.
  • Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed during busy periods.

WHAT IS YOUR SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • If you are unhappy with the size you ordered and would like to receive a different size, please contact the E-commerce team via email at [email protected]
  • The item(s) must be new and in its original packing, complete with all labels and protection stickers.
  • This only applies to goods shipped within the United States; for international orders, please contact our customer service team, and we will do all we can to assist you.
  • Please note that size exchanges depend on stock availability. 

 DO YOU OFFER A REFUND? 

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds;
  • In case we are unable to provide an exchange or any other remedy, we may provide a refund, only if we are provided with a valid reason.
    Our management will then look into the matter and if they approve your request for a refund, ONLY then the request will be processed further.
  • Shipping and handling expenses will not be returned in the case of a REFUND.
  • The minimum time it takes to complete a refund is 10-15 business days, depending on the payment method.

We do not provide any exchange or refunds on sale or discounted products. However, exchanges and refunds are only allowed during a sale or on a discounted product if the product received does not match the ones you bought.
